Job Summary



About the Role


We are looking for a highly organized proactive and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day business operations coordination communication and task management. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills ownership mindset attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently without constant follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder and amp; Calendar Management

  • Manage the Founders daily schedule meetings reminders and appointments

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Handle follow-ups and ensure important tasks are completed on time

  • Prioritize schedules based on urgency and business requirements

  • Communication and amp; Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams/clients

  • Draft emails messages meeting notes and professional communications

  • Coordinate with departments for updates task tracking and execution

  • Ensure smooth information flow across teams

  • Operations and amp; Task Management

  • Track ongoing projects deadlines and pending tasks

  • Maintain reports documents spreadsheets and records

  • Assist in preparing presentations documents and business materials

  • Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Personal Assistance (Professional)

  • Assist with meeting arrangements and scheduling

  • Handle miscellaneous coordination and administrative support tasks

  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Good presence of mind and problem-solving ability

  • Proactive attitude with ownership mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office tools

  • Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities calmly

Experience

  • Freshers with exceptional communication and coordination skills can apply

  • Prior experience as Executive Assistant Project Coordinator Operations Coordinator or Admin role will be an added advantage
