About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day business operations coordination communication and task management. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills ownership mindset attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently without constant follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Founder and amp; Calendar Management
- Manage the Founders daily schedule meetings reminders and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Handle follow-ups and ensure important tasks are completed on time
- Prioritize schedules based on urgency and business requirements
- Communication and amp; Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams/clients
- Draft emails messages meeting notes and professional communications
- Coordinate with departments for updates task tracking and execution
- Ensure smooth information flow across teams
- Operations and amp; Task Management
- Track ongoing projects deadlines and pending tasks
- Maintain reports documents spreadsheets and records
- Assist in preparing presentations documents and business materials
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Personal Assistance (Professional)
- Assist with meeting arrangements and scheduling
- Handle miscellaneous coordination and administrative support tasks
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Good presence of mind and problem-solving ability
- Proactive attitude with ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office tools
- Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities calmly

Experience
- Freshers with exceptional communication and coordination skills can apply
