Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual local to the region to join our Sales team at SRM Concrete. This role is perfect for someone with a competitive edge and a hunter mentality who thrives on the challenge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our market. A keen aptitude for sales within the construction sector is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should be receptive to learning and open to constructive criticism embodying a spirit that is eager to grow and Responsibilities:Drive new business development by leveraging industry connections prospecting and various outreach strategies to uncover and seize opportunities in untapped an in-depth understanding of the decision-making processes of prospects to enhance early involvement in project planning and material specification the complete sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to negotiation closing and the delivery of orders including post-sale tailored sales strategies for customer accounts based on individual needs and effective communication and collaboration with the company leadership to maintain an accurate and current understanding of the market closely with Billing & Credit departments to guarantee smooth and accurate billing processes enhancing overall customer Operations Dispatch and Quality Control teams by providing assistance with customer service monitoring project progress and addressing any participate in networking events to raise awareness and promote the companys products and Competencies:Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities paired with a proactive and self-directed approach to communication skills including the ability to listen effectively negotiate and present ideas compellingly while also being capable of asking insightful questions to uncover the needs and pain points of in cold calling lead qualification and initiating interactions with potential customers.
