What Youll Do
Assist service technicians advisors and retail customers in sourcing and fulfilling parts requests accurately and efficiently
Look up and identify parts using Ford catalog systems and dealer management software
Process parts orders returns and credits in a timely manner
Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking receiving and bin organization
Communicate parts availability and estimated arrival times to the service team and customers
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and wholesale accounts
Follow dealership policies for parts invoicing documentation and recordkeeping
Support the parts department in meeting monthly sales and fill rate goals
What Were Looking For
Prior automotive parts counter experience required
Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Ford parts catalog systems and dealer management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator who works well with technicians advisors and customers
Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Reliable punctual and committed to long-term employment
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
