Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in the delivery of mobile products and solutions across iOS and Android platforms
- Manage mentor and coach team members ensuring performance growth and adherence to best practices
- Lead the delivery of strategic projects on time within budget and at the required quality level
- Contribute to system architecture design decisions and the continuous improvement of development standards
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience with a Degree/Diploma or 8 years relevant experience as a Team Lead
- Proven experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role
- Strong experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments
- Skills:
- iOS: Objective C Swift and SwiftUI
- Android: Java strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles UX SDKs OS versions and device variations
- RESTful APIs and JSON integration
- Azure DevOps (Git) and Gitflow (advantageous)
- Solid understanding of SOLID KISS MVVM and Clean Code principles
- NonNegotiables:
- Handson native iOS and Android development experience
- Strong debugging problemsolving and code quality focus
