HelloFreshs newly acquired Ready-to-Eat brand Factor is looking for a Planning Manager to oversee forecasting planning and master scheduling responsibilities for the network of manufacturing and fulfillment centers. The Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Planning Managers are responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our U.S. distribution centers including addressing day-to-day operational risk analytical problem-solving and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage weekly/monthly production and fulfillment and capacity plans using systems and processes that support the organizations goals.
- Track progress to and deviations from the plan drive problem-solving and root cause analysis. Review production performance and update planning rates to accurately reflect plant capabilities and available capacity.
- Assess and identify potential Operational risks; lead the discussion of risks and plan changes with other key business stakeholders such as Procurement Logistics HR and Operations leaders.
- Utilize production and fulfillment planning tools and track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans.
- Take on projects to drive the continuous improvement of Planning tools and processes and complete them on schedule.
- Lead or participate on special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Statistics Mathematics Supply Chain Finance or related field with 3-5 years relevant experience in production planning detailed scheduling replenishment planning demand planning or materials management required OR Associates degree with 5 to 10 years relevant experience in production planning detailed scheduling replenishment planning demand planning or materials management required
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands on time required
- Organizational project management skills attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc.).
- 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning or related positions that require cross-functional collaboration and data analysis to influence stakeholders
- Food and Beverage manufacturing industry experience preferred
