Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in solar PV projects to lead and manage procurement activities across multiple renewable energy projects. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective sourcing supplier reliability and the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for solar PV projects (C&I).
Source evaluate and negotiate with the suppliers of solar panels inverters mounting structures and BOS components.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure performance quality and compliance.
Lead tendering and contract negotiation processes.
Monitor market trends pricing and supply risks within the renewable energy sector.
Collaborate with engineering project management and finance teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and industry standards.
Track procurement KPIs cost savings and supplier performance metrics.
Manage logistics coordination import/export processes and inventory planning.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Procurement Engineering or a related field.
510 years of procurement experience with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy.
Strong knowledge of solar PV components and global supplier markets.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
Familiarity with EPC environments and project-based procurement.
Excellent analytical negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
