Job Summary
On behalf of an industry-leading iGaming provider of high-quality turnkey solutions for gaming platforms were looking for a CRM Promotions Manager who can manage promo plans configure large volumes of offers and bonuses work closely with content and design teams and keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced online environment.
What youll do:
- Build and manage monthly promo plans
- Configure test and launch bonuses offers and campaigns
- Work closely with content and design teams to deliver campaign assets
- Solve setup configuration and campaign issues quickly and efficiently
- Monitor performance and help improve future campaigns
- Support campaigns across email SMS web push pop-ups and more
What were looking for:
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- A hands-on problem-solving mindset
- Great attention to detail
- Good English and strong teamwork skills
- Technical confidence and a data-driven approach
- Basic Excel knowledge
- HTML CSS or SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience in CRM campaign operations digital marketing e-commerce or online gaming is an advantage
What is Offered
- Attractive base salary plus a discretionary bonus
- Stable working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00 including a 30-minute break
