Job Description
We are seeking a dedicatedSenior ManagerwithexpertiseinESG Strategy and Sustainabilityto join our team on afull-time basis. This is a hybrid role requiring a dynamic individual who can lead strategize and implement sustainable practices aligned with Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) principles
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the development and execution of ESG strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.
Identifyand analyze ESG risks and opportunities providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Drive compliance with global ESG standards and frameworks while ensuring continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
Monitor and report on ESG metrics and progress to senior leadership investors and other stakeholders.
Serve as a thought leader in sustainability and ESG strategy keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience Level:Open to candidates with10 to 14 yearsof experience in relevant fields.
Educational Qualifications:Not specified but a background in sustainability environmental science business strategy or a related field isadvantageous.
Proven experience in implementing ESG or sustainability strategies is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful results.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills for managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
Work Environment
