The Leidos Human Resources organization is seeking aVice President of HR Technology reporting to the Senior Vice President HR Operations. The VP of HR Technology leads the team responsible for multiple critical areas in the HR function including HR Systems HR Data Analytics and HR Technology Strategy. This executive leader will define and drive the enterprise HR technology vision strategy and execution roadmap across a complex global environment.
You will be responsible for the optimization integration and maintenance of HR systems functionality including recruiting/hiring and onboarding/benefits administration/learning management workforce management and many more. You will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year HR technology and digital transformation roadmap as well as be responsible for the design and deployment of HR Analytics solutions to continually advance the use of HR data & analytics technology in support of monitoring trends developing data insights and conducting predictive analytics.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technology and operations leader with deepexpertisein HR systems enterprise integrations data management analytics and large-scale transformation an in-depth knowledge and experience of HR Technology (Workday UKG Service Now and/or other Human Capital Management solutions) and leading optimization integration and modernization ofHR platforms and services across amulti-system environment is needed to be successful in this position.
The VP partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence IT Finance Payroll Cybersecurity Legal and business leaders to align HR technology capabilities with enterprise strategy and future workforce needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year HR technology and digital transformation roadmap aligned to enterprise business objectives workforce strategy and employee experience priorities.
- Drive modernization of HR operations through emerging technologies including:
- AI-enabled HR service delivery
- Generative AI and conversational employee support tools
- Intelligent workflow automation
- Predictive workforce analytics
- Skills intelligence and talent marketplace solutions
- Advanced reporting and self-service analytics platforms
- Establish strong HR data governance data quality compliance security and lifecycle management practices across integrated systems.
- Partner closely with HR IT Cybersecurity Legal and business leaders to ensure scalable secure compliant and user-centered HR technology solutions.
- Lead enterprise People Analytics strategy and delivery leveraging data engineering business intelligence and AI/ML-driven insights to monitor workforce trends improve decision-making and enable predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Advance enterprise analytics capabilities through modern visualization and reporting platforms including Power BI Workday Prism Analytics dashboards and executive scorecards.
- Build and mature HR technology product management and service delivery models to improve platform adoption business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Lead complex enterprise programs and project portfolios ensuring successful delivery stakeholder alignment risk management and measurable business value.
- Partner with executive leadership toidentifyemerging technologies and innovation opportunities that advance workforce strategy and organizational performance.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
- Broad HR functional expertise combined with strong business and technology acumen.
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems Business Administration Technology or related field;Mastersdegree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology HRIS enterprise systems digital transformation or HR operations.
- 7 years leading global HR technology organizations within large complex enterprises (30000 employees preferred) integrating systems and solutions.
- Candidates should have extensive experience providing HR Analytics metrics and datamanagement using Workday HCM andPowerBI.
- Deepexpertisein enterprise HR ecosystems including Workday as well as UKG ServiceNow SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCMand/orcomparable platforms.
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations HR data architecture analytics platforms and cross-functional system interoperability.
- Proven success leading large-scale HR technology implementations modernization initiatives and transformation programs.
- Demonstratedexpertisein HR analytics workforce reporting data governance and business intelligence strategies.
- Experience managing enterprise portfolios budgets vendors governance frameworks and global delivery teams.
- Strong program and project management leadership with the ability to execute complex multi-platform initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication influence and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions and operational outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead through change drive innovation and influence enterprise transformation.
- Strong people leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to team development inclusion and organizational growth.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Certifications in HR HR technology or program management (SHRM-SCPPMP Agile Workday certifications etc.).
- Experience within highly regulated government defense or global enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and risk management principles related to HR technology ecosystems.
- Strong working knowledge of Leidos HR policies operational processes and enterprise culture.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $223800.00 - $360000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
