COMPENSATION:
$210/hour $5/hour satisfaction bonus
Approximately $375000 annually as a permanent 1099 provider
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
SCHEDULE:
12-hour shifts (7am7pm or 7pm7am)
Full-time 12 shifts per month
Maximum flexibility for island lifestyle
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver emergency care in a modern well-equipped healthcare facility
Manage diverse patient cases with strong procedural skills
Work collaboratively with skilled Advanced Practice Providers
Maintain clinical excellence and patient safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ED experience
Florida Medical License or eligibility
ATLS ACLS BLS PALS certifications required
Cerner EMR proficiency (Dragon voice recognition)
Experience managing diverse patient cases
Strong procedural skills
