Please also ensure that you validate the selection of the Job Profile and placement of this Position in the Job Architecture before Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the following activities under the direction and guidance of the Account Manager or Account Director:Responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies and applicable State and Federal in managing the overall activities of a project(s) and supervises the project services activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and meet the customer work schedules of all shift personnel including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time work performance quality assurance checks and manages materials inventory as well as general use of equipment. Including key removal on-site services delivery in on-going management/technical skills development training programs. Including safety and safety site orientation of new employees develops employees skills/ room set ups and sometime internal moves as effective on-going customer other duties as QualificationsOne to three years of supervisory experience and up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices/procedures. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively at all incumbent is responsible for assisting in the management of the site account. Specific responsibilities include: work-scheduling of all shift personnel establishing work standards in conjunction with the Manager conducting site evaluations/audits overall inventory/equipment usage budget control employee evaluations trouble-shooting/problem solving orientation/safety training personnel customer relations payroll (time sheets check distribution) and special project work as :Fluent in English and SpanishMotivated individual and proactiveBackground check required1-3 years of supervisory experienceNote: This position requires compliance with our COVID related protocols which may also include client-specific requirements. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $15.30 - $18.00
