Senior Paralegal

About the role

• Be a skilled drafter of various litigation transaction and compliance documents supporting legal initiatives with minimal oversight and be able to seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders

• Analyze information perform legal research investigate facts draft pleadings and motions and prepare legal documents and reports

• Have a strong understanding of business operations and process and of the key legal and regulatory issues impacting their area of focus

• Communicate effectively with other teams with respect to issues of questions that arise during the trust review

• Assist with other Legal team projects or new matters as assigned

• Assist team members with questions that arise regarding origination and servicing matters

• Have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment

• Exercise independent judgment and assist leaders and team members through clear and concise communication

• Assist Counsel in litigation matters
