The UK operation is located at a substantial 14-acre site in Milton Keynes which houses our UK offices design factory and warehousing. We provide automation and fluid control solutions for factory and laboratory applications. Our target sectors are automotive food beverage & packaging and the life science sectors.

The Role:
As a Key Accounts Sales Consultant your primary focus will be to drive business growth within the machine and device manufacturing this win team role you will be responsible for identifying and winning new strategic accounts. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle engaging directly with senior management supply chain professionals and engineers at prospective clients. By understanding their technical and commercial requirements you will design tailored proposals that meet their objectives and showcase the advantages of our automation and fluid control solutions.
Your responsibilities will centre on proactively seeking and securing new business opportunities winning over high-potential accounts and laying the foundation for enduring client partnerships. While you may provide ongoing relationship management for new wins your main objective will be to convert prospects into valued customers and to drive growth within your territory. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans articulate the companys value propositions and deliver exceptional service and support.
To excel in this role you will need a blend of technical expertise persuasive communication and a strong results orientation. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your sales activities using our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Companys target accounts

Skills and Experience:
Ideally we are looking for candidates who possess both technical expertise in automation and proven key account sales experience as these skills will help you excel in the role from the outset. An engineering-based technical qualification is highly desirable alongside a strong track record in sales within related industries.
Must have a current driving licence as a Company car is provided and a current passport for planned occasional European and international travel.
