Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager to work at our Union Hospital in the CDU - Clinical Decision Unit and SSU - Surgical Specialty Unit.

What Were Looking For:

We seek a dynamic Nurse Manager who brings:

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting

• A collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset

• A strong foundation in cardiac care and post-operative patient management

• A drive to foster excellence in patient outcomes and staff development

Education & Requirements:

• Current nursing licensure in the State of Maryland or compact state required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

• Completed BSN and Masters degree or alternatively a Bachelors degree and Masters of Science in Nursing.

• 5 years appropriate clinical and leadership experience required.

• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required.

• Nurse Executive certification preferred.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
