About the Team

Zooms AI Product Management team builds and scales AI Companion capabilities used by millions globally. This internship sits within AI Companion Workflows and agentic initiatives focused on automation integrations and user experience improvements across our AI ecosystem.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support AI Companion Workflow development. You will work alongside Product Engineering Design Legal and Go-to-Market teams to help deliver AI-powered workflow automation features from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Support development and launch of AI Companion workflow automation features

• Assist with template creation and third-party application integrations

• Contribute to product specifications requirements documents and user guides

• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions

• Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to identify product improvements

• Partner cross-functionally to support feature releases and launches

What were looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Business HCI or related field

• Have strong interest in AI/ML technologies and product management

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently

• Basic understanding of software development processes preferred

• Have experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom Docs Google Docs Jira or similar platforms preferred

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
