Job Summary
Introduction
WE ARE HIRING SALES MANAGER
Location: Pretoria
Salary: R30 000 R40 000
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven Sales record and Marketing Management experience who can drive performance mentor teams and optimise sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for property developments
Drive lead generation conversion and overall sales performance
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies
Train mentor and support new and existing staff members
Implement and maintain sales SOPs lead management compliance and reporting processes
Ensure CRM systems reporting and sales workflows are effectively managed
Identify inefficiencies and improve operational performance continuously
Assist team members with sales techniques and skill transfer
Requirements:
5 years experience as a Marketing Agent
5 years experience in Marketing Management
Previous sales experience advantageous (property experience not essential)
Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales results
CRM and sales pipeline experience advantageous
BCom Strategic Management Degree advantageous
