• Predictable schedule primarily MondayFriday 85 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)

  What Youll Do

  • Deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents through tours leasing support and ongoing communication
  • Process applications prepare lease documentation and support occupancy goals through efficient leasing operations
  • Maintain accurate resident files certifications and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to support move-ins move-outs and resident needs
  • Respond to leasing inquiries manage leads and support outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels

  What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a team environment

  Preferred

  • Property management or leasing experience
  • Experience working with affordable housing programs
  • Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or RentCafe
