In this role youll be more than a leasing professional youll be a trusted guide for prospective residents a problem-solver for current residents and a key contributor to maintaining vibrant welcoming you enjoy connecting with people staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same wed love to meet you.
What We Offer
- Predictable schedule primarily MondayFriday 85 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)
- 30 days off in your first year real time to recharge

What Youll Do
- Deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents through tours leasing support and ongoing communication
- Process applications prepare lease documentation and support occupancy goals through efficient leasing operations
- Maintain accurate resident files certifications and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to support move-ins move-outs and resident needs
- Respond to leasing inquiries manage leads and support outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a team environment
Preferred
- Property management or leasing experience
- Experience working with affordable housing programs
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or RentCafe
