Welder

• Perform welding operations according to work orders blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and welding symbols
• Prepare materials for welding including fitting cleaning and positioning
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues

• Welding certification preferred
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate welding tools and fabrication equipment
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines
• Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• Dependable self-motivated and safety-focused
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols preferred
• Welding certifications are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
