Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical Electrical Chemical Materials Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel data analysis and basic statistical tools
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Support production teams in analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Collect monitor and analyze production data to track performance metrics (OEE yield downtime etc.)
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Assist in process optimization and standardization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Operations Quality and EHS
- Develop and update work instructions SOPs and process documentation
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Kaizen initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
