Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Intern In Mobility Aftermarket Purchasing & Purchasing Quality Department - ASEAN you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
Supplier Scouting (20%)
- Identify potential suppliers and document findings; research ASEAN trade agreements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
System Data & Contracts Maintenance (30%)
- Maintain data quality in purchasing systems and prepare contract documents for supplier signature routing.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for mitigation checks.
Purchasing Support (20%)
- Assist with pricing inquiries master data maintenance and supplier communications.
Purchasing Quality (30%)
- Verify document accuracy and request technical information for ISIR activities.
- Create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region and support new product releases and supplier problem-solving.
Qualifications :

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Speak fluent English and work in a multinational environment
