Regional Regulatory Intelligence Manager
Job Summary
Drive the regional regulatory intelligence and policy strategy to support assets regulatory strategies at a regional level compliant with Health Authoritydriven harmonization and aligned with baseline initiatives. Act as the regional lead for identification prioritization and coordination of regulatory intelligence (RI) activities and monitoring of effective embedding of new regulatory intelligence into regulatory submissions dossier strategy and cross-functional processes. Provide senior subject-matter expertise to influence regulatory outcomes reduce regional variability and accelerate consistent decision-making across markets. Foster the acceleration initiatives across the region anticipating opportunities and risk among relevant stakeholders.

In this role you will
Lead the regional regulatory intelligence (RI) strategy ensuring alignment with global regulatory direction and Health Authority expectations
Identify analyse and translate regulatory intelligence (guidelines precedents decisions) into actionable insights for submissions and strategy
Act as a regional subjectmatter expert influencing regulatory outcomes and reducing variability across markets
Drive crossfunctional collaboration to embed intelligence into submission content processes and templates
Coordinate and prioritise harmonisation and baseline initiatives (e.g. dossier templates labelling strategies) across the region
Deliver clear concise intelligence outputs (e.g. impact assessments trends playbooks) for senior stakeholders
Support capability building and training ensuring effective adoption of new regulatory requirements and approaches

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors Degree in Biological or Healthcare Science
Strong experience in regulatory intelligence policy and strategy within a global environment
Deep knowledge of clinical development regulatory frameworks and Health Authority processes
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead crossfunctional initiatives
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate insights into action
Excellent communication skills including briefing senior stakeholders
Ability to drive collaboration and alignment across complex matrix team

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 291000 to PLN 485000 gross taking into account a number of factors including the candidates skills experience education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employers discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered which may include private healthcare additional paid days off life insurance private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. Italian Salary Range / Fascia retributiva in Italia: EUR 57675 to EUR 96125 Belgium Salary Range / Fourchette salariale Belgique: EUR 89250 to EUR 148750 The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidates skills experience education level and the market rate for the role. In addition this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
