Job Summary

The Opportunity: 

As an Enterprise IT Program Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT projects and initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with senior leadership IT teams and business stakeholders to define program objectives oversee project execution and facilitate change management processes. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive the successful delivery of IT solutions that support our business goals.

The program will implement capabilities for Mattel to enable Quality Program to ensure compliance globally on standards

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Develop and implement program management strategies that align with the companys strategic goals and operational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams managing project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units to ensure IT projects meet business needs and expectations including running SAFe PI planning and Scrum Teams.
  • Follow GTO SAFe Agile model for planning and execution.
  • Proactively identify issues risks and develop mitigation plan by working closely with Project team. 
  • Manage stakeholder communication providing regular updates on program status milestones and changes.
  • Champion change management initiatives ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT program management practices incorporating best practices and lessons learned into future planning.
  • Manage program budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial efficiency.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or program management with a proven track record of successful IT program delivery in a large organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g. SAFe PMI Agile Scrum) and IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL COBIT).
  • Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence).
  • Experience in managing Financials / Project Budgets $3-10M
  • Must have Supply Chain/ Quality Programs functional business process and technology /system implementation experience.
  • ERP order management implementations like SAP Sterling Blue Yonder are a plus.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and enterprise data management is a plus.
