This is the starting wage range for this role and may vary based on a candidates job-related knowledge skills and SummaryThe Marketing Assistant is a hands-on member of the Marketing Services department; providing administrative and marketing support to the Content Marketing and Travel Media teams at Tourism ResponsibilitiesAct as a Tourism Whistler ambassador living our purpose and vision with passion & energy achievement and respectAssisting with developing content for social media channels (e.g. Instagram stories) Supporting with content on Go Whistler Tours app Assisting with the coordination of itineraries and other prizing for contest winnersAssisting with building and distributing gift bags for media FAMsProviding team administrative support Assisting with monthly and project reporting such as travel media coverage results social media engagement blog traffic and advertising results Maintenance of media databaseSupporting with administration of digital and content assets Other duties and projects as assignedKnowledge Skills & AbilitiesPost-secondary education or equivalent related experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities Technical aptitude with proven computer skillsInterest in and understanding of the marketing social media and travel media landscapePosting Closing Date: May 28 2026.
