Marketing Project Manager
Job Summary
JYSK Canada is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our successful Marketing & Ecommerce Team on a permanent full-time basis.
As our Marketing Project Manager you will play a key role in coordinating and driving execution across the marketing teams recurring programs and campaign initiatives. The role exists to bring structure visibility and accountability to marketing work that involves multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors enabling the marketing function to operate efficiently and deliver on time.
The primary focus is the ongoing flyer production cycle and other recurring marketing programs. The role also supports cross-functional initiatives such as ecommerce technology and customer experience projects by coordinating the marketing teams contributions deadlines and deliverables into those broader workstreams. This role owns the coordination planning and follow-through that turn strategic direction into delivered outcomes.
This role is based out of our Head Office in Coquitlam BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination of the flyer production cycle including maintaining the production calendar coordinating handoffs across buyers leadership and the marketing team tracking approvals and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and recurring programs across the marketing team agencies and external creative partners. Manage timelines asset development approvals and delivery.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure visibility into upcoming campaigns deadlines and dependencies.
- Represent marketing in cross-functional projects led by other teams (ecommerce IT operations). Coordinate the marketing teams inputs deliverables and timelines into those projects so marketing requirements are met without becoming a bottleneck.
- Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder meetings including agendas captured decisions assigned action items and follow-up.
- Maintain project documentation timelines and status dashboards in our project management tools. Provide concise status updates on a regular cadence.
- Identify blockers dependencies and risks early. Escalate with proposed solutions rather than open-ended problems.
- Build strong working relationships across marketing ecommerce IT operations and external partners. Translate between functions as needed to keep work moving.
- Continuously improve project management practices templates and reporting.

Compensation: Generally the hiring range for this position is $60000 to $78000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience internal and market equity.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of project management or marketing operations experience in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholder groups.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Asana Monday Smartsheet MS Project or similar) and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences ranging from creative teams to executives.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Able to grasp technology and ecommerce concepts at a working level without being a specialist.
- Self-directed and proactive. Able to drive work forward without being micromanaged.
- Experience working in a traditional or hybrid project management environment (Agile/Scrum experience is not required).
- Familiarity with marketing operations campaign management or flyer/catalogue production processes is considered an asset.
- Experience in retail ecommerce or B2C marketing environments is considered an asset.
- Experience coordinating with external agencies creative partners or technology vendors is considered an asset.
