Job Title:Enterprise Applications Specialist

Description:Configure maintain and administer the companys enterprise applications including managing user roles permissions and security to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. Provide technical support troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous system availability. Collaborate with business users and software vendors to drive process improvements implement application upgrades and integrations and support the deployment of new modules. Develop user guides and SOPs support change management participate in audits and system testing and contribute to application projects from requirements gathering through execution. Coordinate with Procurement Finance Operations IT and third-party suppliers adhering to established procurement and SDLC/change management practices.
