Social Media Quality Assurance Specialist (VolunteerRemote)

• Review a broad variety of professional documents such as content videos infographics articles and other publications for the social media team.  

• Follow progress on the content calendar to ensure all steps are completed within a timely manner (will require checking Asana and Slack throughout the day) to review and reassign tasks to team members.

• Review graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO and Norm Therapy requirements are met.

• Edit content according to specifications for style tone and length.

• Ensure proper use of hashtags are included in each post.

• Ensure social media content meets style formatting and general quality standards.

• Attends monthly company meeting.

• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications :

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Extremely reliable and dependable as it relates to a quick turnaround time. 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Some background using Canva and Asana preferred. 

• Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
