An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor or Senior Associate (5 PQE) to join our clients growing and highly regarded Property team in the Milton Keynes area. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base including property developers HNW individuals investors and commercial businesses alongside the chance to work on high-quality complex transactions.

The Role High-Quality Commercial Property Work
You will play a key role within the team managing your own caseload while supporting on larger high-value transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse commercial property caseload from instruction to completion
- Supporting on complex high-value transactions with senior colleagues
- Advising a broad client base across sectors including development hospitality retail and agriculture
- Delivering a commercial practical and client-focused service
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Core Areas of Work
You will have experience across:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord & Tenant matters including:
- Negotiation of new leases and renewals
- Drafting ancillary documentation
- Advising on Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 matters
- Infrastructure and development agreements
- Property-related construction documentation
About You Skills & Experience Required
To be considered you will demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5 years PQE
- Strong UK commercial property experience within private practice
- Proven ability to manage an independent caseload
- Excellent technical knowledge across core commercial property disciplines
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team on larger transactions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
