Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to join our growing Property Management team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a high-profile mixed-use commercial portfolio across the North of England working with institutional investors pension funds and private clients.
As a senior member of the team you will lead the delivery of a data-led customer-focused property management service ensuring assets are performing at their highest potential while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-let commercial assets (office retail industrial mixed-use)
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including facilities management finance surveying and ESG specialists
- Take full ownership of asset performance ensuring properties are:
- Safe compliant and well-maintained
- Competitive and market-leading
- Delivering a modern occupier experience
- Oversee service charge budgets ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
- Drive ESG initiatives and support carbon reduction strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to business development pitches and client retention strategies
Qualifications :
- MRICS qualified
- Proven experience managing large complex commercial portfolios
- Strong track record in team leadership and people management
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with institutional or pension fund clients
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify value-add opportunities
- Ambitious proactive and keen to progress within a leading firm
