Commercial Property Manager Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to join our growing Property Management team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a high-profile mixed-use commercial portfolio across the North of England working with institutional investors pension funds and private clients.

As a senior member of the team you will lead the delivery of a data-led customer-focused property management service ensuring assets are performing at their highest potential while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-let commercial assets (office retail industrial mixed-use)
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including facilities management finance surveying and ESG specialists
• Take full ownership of asset performance ensuring properties are:
  • Safe compliant and well-maintained
  • Competitive and market-leading
  • Delivering a modern occupier experience
• Oversee service charge budgets ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
• Drive ESG initiatives and support carbon reduction strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead mentor and develop junior team members
• Contribute to business development pitches and client retention strategies

Qualifications :

• MRICS qualified
• Proven experience managing large complex commercial portfolios
• Strong track record in team leadership and people management
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with institutional or pension fund clients
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify value-add opportunities
• Ambitious proactive and keen to progress within a leading firm
