Job summary

      Manufacturing planning for HE (Hydraulics Erosion) process implementation and improvements

Responsibilities 

• Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE based on TPZ and production plan
• Requisition orders for purchase or service
• Responsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipment
• Setup quality documents (FMEA CP Work instructions) according to RBCD policy regulations and procedures
• Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
• Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC POKA YOKE PDCA QAM)
• Prepared and get the MAE and process release from releasing departments /plants
• Lead and responsible for the problem-solving process
• Evaluate operation flow cycle time machines tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
• Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction quality improvements and customer satisfaction
• Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to products and processes through appropriate quality tools
• Following all plant EHS regulations and procedures
• Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
• Defining wear off parts and ensuring the availability together with purchasing department
• Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
• Additional tasks from (senior) manager

Qualifications :

Qualification Requirement

Educational background (language): 

• Bachelors or masters degree
• Fluent English (oral and written)

Job Relevant Knowledge:  

• University degree in engineering or related 
• Computer literate in Excel Word & Power Point
• Priority to with experience in electrical discharge machining and hydraulic grinding processes
• Priority to with experience in AI application

Work Experience:

• 3 years experience in planning or manufacturing high volume products
