Manufacturing planning for HE (Hydraulics Erosion) process implementation and improvements
Responsibilities
- Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE based on TPZ and production plan
- Requisition orders for purchase or service
- Responsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipment
- Setup quality documents (FMEA CP Work instructions) according to RBCD policy regulations and procedures
- Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
- Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC POKA YOKE PDCA QAM)
- Prepared and get the MAE and process release from releasing departments /plants
- Lead and responsible for the problem-solving process
- Evaluate operation flow cycle time machines tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
- Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction quality improvements and customer satisfaction
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to products and processes through appropriate quality tools
- Following all plant EHS regulations and procedures
- Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
- Defining wear off parts and ensuring the availability together with purchasing department
- Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
- Additional tasks from (senior) manager
Qualifications :
Qualification Requirement
Educational background (language):
- Bachelors or masters degree
- Fluent English (oral and written)
Job Relevant Knowledge:
- University degree in engineering or related
- Computer literate in Excel Word & Power Point
- Priority to with experience in electrical discharge machining and hydraulic grinding processes
- Priority to with experience in AI application
Work Experience:
- 3 years experience in planning or manufacturing high volume products
