Job Summary
Responsibilities
Lead downstream engineering activities within global refurbishment to deliver Bgrade output for the aftersales markets.
Maintain coordinate and deliver engineering processes governance and technical decisionmaking for refurbishment engineering across EMEA.
Drive yield cost and throughput improvements through dataled analysis.
Lead process optimisation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external operations teams equipment suppliers and Dyson support functions.
Support the development and launch of Bgrade products into global markets.
Drive global standardisation of downstream refurbishment engineering processes.
Develop and implement lean principles and best practices within refurbishment engineering.
Ensure adherence to health safety and quality standards across all operations.
Lead structured problemsolving activities and rootcause investigations.
Monitor communicate and report progress on engineering activities to key business stakeholders.
Mentor coach and technically develop refurbishment engineers.
Align with Aftersales Quality RDD and Business Unit teams to define and deliver technical and operational priorities.
