The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact

1. You should have good knowledge on the skill &requirements of all processes of Transformer disassembly & packing and fulfill the monitor/supervise the manufacturing process. Take the responsibility to process quality of disassembly & packing process and will have feedback on checkpoints that need to be added or corrected in the QIC card. Train operators on QIC card and other quality related issues. Check the implementation of the QIC card.

2. You will be responsible for production process quality control production process inspection and monitoring the product production process. Nonconformity report (NCR: SAP QN) submission processing re-inspection tracking validation closure and will provide feedback on non-compliance with safety design process and quality procedures issue NCRs and facilitate their resolution and follow up to verify the effectiveness of corrective action implementation and organize product team acceptance inspections feedback and resolution of issues during the acceptance process.

3. You will identify major shop floor problems and assist shop floor authorities in making improvements write weekly/monthly quality reports to summarize quality issues and make recommendations for improvement. Participate in quality improvement projects.

4. You will push and check all deviations/issues detected during disassembly & packing process been good deal with and closed in time. At least monthly face to face training/sharing/reminding of all quality issues raised up in past month been hold to operator also do quality analysis and customer supervisor support.

5. You will follow project orders read technical agreements and OS key design lists identify concerns and special designs complete ITP including ITP implementation and validation. Prepare customer documents and be responsible for responding coordinating and processing Work Contact Orders from Supervisors/Customers that need to be responded to by the Quality Department and feeding back to the Project Manager.

6 . You will be responsible for responding clarifying/explaining and giving feedback on queries issues raised by the Supervisor/Customer. Before transformer delivery support final assembly quality engineer or alone responsible for checking and securing the collected QIC been thoroughly and correctly filled push and collect all reports which indicated in design OS/ test ITP been done and paper ready check and securing all NCR/ECN been closed by issuer then release the application of product delivery.

7. You will support final assembly quality engineer or alone responsible for push relevant dept. to correct the each items in puntchlist released by customer till completed also do participate the audit activity about to be a qualified supplier recognized by customer/potential customer which audit activity be hold by Sales/PM and to accept and complete daily work.

8. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors degree with over 4 years work experience of active part or final assembly area or transformer disassembly & pack; Priority of mechanical subject in university.
2. Own the ability of working at height and safety consciousness.
3. Good communication skills and lesson learning ability specially after mistook.
4. Good attitude of working and communication; Good acceptance of task allocation; Good teamwork and flexibility on developing journey.
5. Good health without any restricted diseases such as heart disease/headache faint at height Menieres disease etc. which are conflict with work at height.

6. Fluently skill of English read/writing/speaking.
