Roles and Responsibilities
Procurement planner
- Procurement planning for productive raw materials based on customer demand and production plan including sub-contracting planning ship to line planning and supermarket min/max planning
- Bottleneck management
- Cooperate with manufacturing to detect capacity bottleneck and make proper components planning
- Cooperate with corporate purchasing for new supplier/localization projects
- Fast react towards market change
- Tracking and improve the supplier on time delivery performance
- Monitoring and optimization of inventory level
- Take effective measures to minimum premium freight cost under complex market situation
Qualifications :
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor degree and above mainly commercial study subjects as business management logistics industrial engineering but also technical studies as mechanical electronic engineering or IT/computer science
English fluid verbal/written; Strong communication ability; working under pressure; Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multi tasks and projects
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
Logistics/supply chain planning (S-M-D) material and capacity planning process mainly at production and procurement planning
SAP/planning tool knowledge and planning process understanding
BPS/lean logistics knowledge
Logistics reporting and IT tool knowledge/understanding(excel PPT)
Basic understanding of general controlling aspects mainly focus to logistics controlling
