Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the procurement process by preparing purchase orders tracking deliveries and maintaining vendor relationships
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and other important data
- Assist in evaluating suppliers and negotiating contracts
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or administrative role
- Experience working with inventory management systems
