Job Summary

Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment Do you enjoy building relationships and turning prospects into long-term partners At BlueFin were seeking an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic Business Development team! As a Field Sales Representative at BlueFin youll play a vital role in our mission to power the future. Youll be the face of our brand traveling to client locations opening new doors and nurturing customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify engage and convert new business opportunities
• Build personal lasting connections with clients and prospects
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Negotiate sales terms to maximize profitability
• Represent BlueFin at client offices conferences and industry events
• Provide feedback to internal teams and share insights from the field
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions
• Collaborate with Business Development Reps to close deals and support growth

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)
• 2 years of experience in sales preferably within the energy sector
• Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfort with CRM and sales software tools
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to travel extensively and represent BlueFin with professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Travel will be required
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Extended use of computer and screen time.
• Must pass a background check drug screening and/or physical examination.
