Job Summary
Curious and colourful just like our Birdie you will be passionate about joining a team who strive to deliver exceptional food with an authentic and welcoming style. Supervising primarily the breakfast operation you work closely with our Head Chef delivering thoughtful service to our valued guests. You will be a calm & adaptive leader who inspires your team to deliver exceptional food & service.
Qualifications :
- Trade qualification and experience in a similar role preferably within a venue or hotel environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Demonstrated experience leading staff.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
- Available for a rotating rosters that include early morning starts.
