- Full-time permanent opportunity - 40 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday
- Competitive salary circa 38000
- Established and highly reputable 7-surgery mixed NHS and private practice
- Modern and comfortable practice environment with a loyal patient base
- Wide range of treatments offered including implants orthodontics cosmetic dentistry facial aesthetics sedation prosthodontics and emergency dental care
- Busy practice with strong patient demand and excellent referral network
- Outstanding patient feedback with a 4.9-star Google rating
- Supportive and collaborative leadership team assisting with overall practice growth and management
- Ideally suited to someone with previous dental practice management or dental industry experience
Please note that as part of your role youll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate support and develop team members
- Strong financial acumen including experience managing P&L KPIs and budgets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding customer service in a service-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive solution-focused mindset
- Experience in process management and driving operational excellence
- Proficiency with IT systems and practice management software
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within a healthcare or similar regulated environment
**Desirable Experience:**
- Background in healthcare dental practice management or similar service-focused industry
- Experience as a lead dental nurse or in a senior clinical support role
- Proven track record of staff recruitment induction and retention
- Experience with practice performance analysis and strategic planning
- Familiarity with dental practice operations and patient care coordination
