Job Summary
As a Service Supervisor youll be the driving force behind the teams delivery of a seamless high-end hospitality experience for our passengers. You will:
Lead & Motivate Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations
Deliver Excellence Ensure top-tier service and presentation standards
Manage Operations Oversee smooth lounge functionality and staff training
Innovate & Improve Implement new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
Work closely with the Lounge Manager to ensure compliance on our sops and excellence on our standards and service
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in hospitality catering or lounge management
Strong leadership & people management skills
A passion for delivering 5-star customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
Ready to elevate guest experiences and lead an outstanding team
