Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes andacting in a safe manner at alltimes;
- Assist InSite customer develop implement and manage compliance audit program
- Set monthly goals in conjunction with InSite customer and Program Manager coordinate and schedule weekly inspections and prioritize inspection workloads.
- Perform assessment of HPC InSite Operations onsite and identify issues of noncompliance employee safety and efficiency; Work with InSite Program Manager and if needed HPC H&S to provide corrective actions.
- Analyze compliance inspection results to find trends and make recommendations to customer to drive continuous improvements.
Interact with client and regulatory agencies to communicate HPC InSite Services onsite procedures; Provide site knowledge and understanding during regulatory audits.
Assist customer with special projects make recommendations and meet client goals.
Prepare and maintain clients compliance documentation in preparation for county or state inspections.
May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Leadership skills and Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Windows based applications.
- Technical/manufacturing process knowledge
- Environmental services industry experience
Qualifications
What does it take to work forHPC-Industrial
- High School diploma or equivalent (required) specialist training or 1 year college
- 5-7years of relevant experience alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 40 Hr OSHA 8Hr OSHA Refresher
- Valid Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
