Job Summary
| Job Description Senior UX Designer IT Product Company |

| Lead end-to-end user experience design for web and mobile products ensuring intuitive and engaging user interfaces. |
| Conduct user research persona development journey mapping and usability testing to inform design decisions. |
| Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define design requirements and solutions. |
| Create wireframes prototypes high-fidelity designs and design specifications for development teams. |
| Establish and maintain UX/UI standards design systems and best practices across products. |
| Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve product usability and experience. |
| Mentor and guide junior designers providing design reviews and feedback to enhance team capabilities. |
| Required: 810 years of experience in UX design for IT product companies with strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-centered design skills; proficiency in design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD) is preferred. |
