Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative execution shape our brand identity and deliver high-impact visual content. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of creativity leadership and technical expertise across both static and video formats and can translate business objectives into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative & Design Ownership
- Own end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution.
- Define develop and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Create high-quality designs for campaigns product launches and marketing communications (digital and offline).
- Drive creative strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards across all touchpoints.
2. Advanced Video Production
- Lead video content creation including advertisements brand films corporate videos product videos and digital campaigns.
- Execute advanced video editing motion graphics animations and visual storytelling.
- Manage video shoots including pre-production (concept scripting storyboarding) production and post-production.
- Adapt and optimise content for platforms such as Instagram YouTube LinkedIn Facebook and other digital channels.
3. Strategy & Innovation
- Develop innovative creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Stay updated with global design trends video formats tools and digital innovations.
- Leverage campaign performance data audience insights and feedback to continuously enhance creative output.
- Experiment with and introduce new formats styles and visual approaches to keep the brand fresh and differentiated.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer in Australia on marketing and brand creatives to ensure global brand alignment.
- Work with marketing product sales and leadership teams to understand briefs and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies freelancers photographers videographers and production vendors as needed.
- Handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining timelines quality and stakeholder communication.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects
- Working knowledge of AI tools for video image and marketing content creation.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows formats codecs and best practices for various platforms.
Creative & Strategic Skills
- Strong visual storytelling and concept development abilities.
- Deep understanding of branding typography colour layout and design systems.
- Ability to think strategically while executing creatively based on target audience and business goals.
- High attention to detail composition and overall visual quality.
Collaboration Skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in presenting ideas concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
Key Deliverables
- Campaign creatives for digital and offline channels (social media web emailers print OOH events etc.).
- High-quality video content (ad films brand films product videos social media videos corporate AVs).
- Brand guidelines visual identity systems and design templates.
- Creative direction and visual frameworks for marketing initiatives launches and events.
To perform well in the role we imagine that you:
- Possess 37 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor preferably in a marketing or brand-focused role.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts Multimedia or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both design and video work across campaigns brand assets and digital platforms.
