Job Summary
As the Early Careers Program Manager here at Honeywell you will be responsible for implementing and executing early career recruiting strategies and programs across Europe to attract and retain top talent from universities and colleges. You will build collaborate and maintain relationships with key internal early career stakeholders campus recruiting teams Honeywell strategic business group (SBG) Talent leaders and university recruiters to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates are targeted for our Early Career university openings. This role is crucial in driving Honeywells university relations and early career talent acquisition efforts and building a diverse and skilled workforce.
You will report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition Global University Relations. You will align in a matrix relationship with our Director of Talent Acquisition Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a European Early Career engagement plan across key Honeywell focus schools and primary job boards to attract top talent.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of academic systems and processes related to Early Career talent acquisition and internship programming within Europe.
- Own and drive accountability for specific European Early Career talent acquisition responsibilities and program goals.
- Drive intern co-op and new graduate hiring success through tracking and analyzing Early Career and university recruitment metrics.
- Indirectly manage European RPO recruitment activity; drive accountability toward Early Career hiring goals manage Early Career hiring metrics and influence the tactical efforts of the RPO team.
- Partner with Early Career hiring managers HRGs and business leaders to educate influence and drive annual intern and co-op conversion efforts.
- Work with SBG Talent team leadership to assist in the effort to collect validate and compile annual Early Career hiring demand plans for Europe Honeywell businesses.
- Partner with peer-level Early Career and University Relations Talent Acquisition managers to execute on corporate sponsored internship programming and development activities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early career talent acquisition or program management campus recruitment or related talent acquisition field.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- Experience working in a corporate or global organization
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; knowledge of Oracle HCM a plus
- Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent from universities
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and Human Resource Partners in the Early Career field
- Strong knowledge of university recruitment strategies and best practices
- Expertise working in Early Career efforts across multiple countries and academic systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders including senior business leaders
- Strong influencing skills and an ability to communicate effectively both up and down through the organization

The Early Career Program Manager Europe is part of the Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell. The CORP SBG is responsible for overseeing corporate-level functions and initiatives that support the overall operations and strategy of the the Early Career Program Manager Europe you will collaborate with various business units and SBGs across Honeywell to ensure alignment and coordination in university recruitment and Early Career program efforts.
