Job Summary
Were looking for a Finance Business Partner (Property) to play a critical role in supporting the delivery of highquality valueformoney repairs services for our customers. This is a pivotal role providing insight challenge and clarity to ensure strong financial performance and longterm sustainability.
Youll bring financial data to life helping Property leaders understand cost drivers performance and risk and turning insight into action. By linking budgets forecasts stock condition data and the Business Plan youll enable smarter decisions that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
Highly collaborative by nature this role works closely with Property Finance and senior stakeholders across the organisation. Through strong relationships clear communication and a proactive mindset youll help Cobalt deliver resilient services and continue to invest in homes and communities.

The Company
Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall Croxteth and Norris Green.
