Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team at SRM Responsibilities:Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations and assists with month-end close proceduresAssist with preparation for audits and quarterly reporting analytical abilities to resolve complex issues and provide resolution to senior to analyze current business work flows and productivityStrong communicator with established skills in accuracy organization and working in a high-volume dynamic player looking to help on projects wherever needed and assist in training accounting staffDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsEnsure compliance with GAAP principlesFull cycle accounting experienceAbility to prioritize and balance multiple job dutiesExcellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlinesQualifications:Bachelors degree in accounting/finance4 years of experience with public accounting or private experienceExperience working with Microsoft dynamics and proficient Microsoft excel skills/Quickbooks/Concur/ERP systemsRequired Skills/Abilities:Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost organizational skills and attention to written and verbal communication proficient with accounting of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting and Benefits:Competitive pay commensurate with Benefits Package (health dental vision life and disability).401(k) with company time off and pay will depend on various job-related factors including education experience and training.
