Summary: Ready to lead HR across Latin America Were looking for anHR leader who gets it the complexity of multi-country compliance the nuance of cross-cultural relationships and the joy of actually helping people thrive at work. If youve ever felt like HR can be both strategicandhuman youre our kind of person.
You will be part of a talented team of 20 HR professionals throughout the Americas region but report to the Regional Director of Latin America. This is an on-site position in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership: Be the go-to for managers and employees across LATAM. Partner with leadership on people strategy org design and performance.
Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruiting and make sure every new hire feels genuinely welcomed not just onboarded.
Employee Relations: Navigate complex situations with empathy and fairness. Champion engagement initiatives that actually land.
Compliance & Labor Law: Keep us sharp across all LATAM markets: employment contracts local legal counsel payroll partners youve got it covered.
Comp & Benefits: Benchmark adapt and make sure our programs are competitive everywhere from Buenos Aires to Bogotá.
HR Operations: Keep the HRIS humming pull regional dashboards and find ways to make every process a little smoother.
Qualifications:
You have a college degree and 7 years HR generalist or HRBP experience with 2 years managing all HR areas
Strong labor law knowledge across very different regulatory environments is a real must not just a nice-to-have
HRIS expertise Workday experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment
Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese a definite plus
