Accounts Receivable Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to ensure smooth execution of AR processes across the APAC region. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with corporate policies safeguarding data integrity and supporting business units with timely and accurate financial operations. As a AR Officer you will report to AR Manager Asia Pacific
Main Responsibilities
Ensure seamless execution of accounts receivable processes across APAC in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Record receipts and transactions promptly to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit memos according to schedule for designated countries. Investigate and resolve any invoicing discrepancies promptly.
Verify that you document and approve all manual invoices credit memos and adjustments before processing them.
Respond to AR-related inquiries and service requests from SBUs and other finance responsibilities ensuring effective communication and resolution
Contribute to plans that enhance efficiency accuracy and effectiveness of AR processes.
Assist AR Supervisor and AR Manager with special assignments and projects as required.
Ensure timely delivery of invoices and statements to customers. Collaborate with mailing houses to monitor and improve service efficiency.

Qualifications
You should have a minimum Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in SFS operations.
Proficient in English Chinese and Korean (depending on country assignment) with the ability to present and work with diverse teams.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle SAP or QAD.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI will be an advantage.
