You will support end-to-endlogistics(physical flows from plants tocustomers)includingall warehouseandtransport in terms of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legalrequirementsandpoliciescompliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for thelogisticsorganizationand partner with sales leadership. In this role you will implementlogisticsstrategy and effectively execute operations to ensureoptimumlogisticssolutionswhile supporting various routes-to-market andbalancingservice and cost.You willworkcollaborativelywith internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management timely solutions and execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Be accountable for warehouse transportationandinternationallogistics(import/export).
Ensure the implementation of the business plan by delivering a consistent servicelevel adapting the supply chain to the demanding and changing customerenvironmentandensuring sufficient operational capacity to deliver business needs
Be accountable for deliveringlogisticsoperational cost budget ensuring that best-in-class controls andgovernance are in place
Fosterinitiateand lead continuous improvement programs that reduce cost andour carbon footprint and improve the service performance of the operation
Ensuresuccessfulprojectimplementation
Selectmanageand develop long-term relationships with third-party service providers
Ensure adherence to health and safety quality food defense and legal requirements andpolicies
Establish a business continuity plan forlogisticsoperations.

What you will bring

Solid background inlogisticswith experience leading operations in an FMCG/CPG environment
Team leadership experience with proven ability to build effective teams and develop people
Drive for results with proactive dynamic and action orientated approachidentifyingareaswhere business change isand excellence in project management
Strong collaboration skills with strong business and financial acumen and the ability to forgesenior level strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation communicationinfluencingandmotivationalskills
Strong negotiating skills with ability to negotiate in tough situations with both internal andexternal groups
Experience managing 3rdParty Logistics operations.
Experience managing P&L greater than $10mmannual.
Direct to Storeoperationsa plus.
Education / Certifications:Bachelors degree
Job specific requirements:From8 to 10 years of experience in thelogisticsindustry and leading teams.
Travel requirements:10% per year.
Work schedule:From Monday to Friday. Onsite role.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122000 to $167750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
