Location: This is an on-site role based in St. Louis MO offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership clients and a strong technical team in a growing office environment.

Job Description
- Lead transportation engineering projects including highways interchanges intersections and roadway improvements.
- Prepare plans specifications estimates and project documents in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Manage project schedules budgets deliverables and coordination with internal technical teams.
- Work directly with public and private clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Support MoDOT Local Public Agency and related transportation infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with engineers surveyors technicians and other disciplines to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Assist with proposals client development and business development efforts.
- Represent the firm through client relationships industry involvement and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri required or ability to obtain by reciprocity.
- 10 years of transportation engineering or civil transportation project management experience.
- Experience with MoDOT and Local Public Agency projects required.
- Experience with IDOT or tollway projects is a plus.
- Proficiency with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of project documentation roadway design geometric layouts intersection design ADA layouts and applicable design criteria.
- Traffic signal and storm sewer design experience is a plus.
- Strong communication organization budgeting and client-management skills.
