Aligned Talent Acquisition is currently working with several AmLaw and large national law firms seeking Private Credit and Debt Finance Associates to join growing finance platforms in Dallas.

These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated financing transactions representing private credit funds financial institutions direct lenders sponsors and corporate borrowers within highly regarded national finance practices.

The Role

Private credit transactions
Acquisition and leveraged finance matters
Sponsor-side and lender-side financing work
Secured lending and syndicated credit facilities
Direct lender and private capital transactions
Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
Collaboration with sophisticated national finance teams

Ideal Background

Approximately 37 years of debt finance or private credit experience
Experience with leveraged finance acquisition finance private credit syndicated lending or secured transactions preferred
Large law firm or sophisticated finance platform experience strongly preferred
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Texas bar admission preferred or ability to waive in

Compensation
