Shift & Schedule:
Day Shift 8 Hour Shifts
36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
Potential to work up to 40 hours/week
Overtime requires prior director approval

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in New Braunfels TX. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced PTAs and new graduates looking to grow in a fast-paced outpatient therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to outpatient rehab patients
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
Educate patients on exercises recovery plans and therapy goals
Support safe and effective patient care in outpatient settings
Assist with clinic operations and patient flow management

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist Assistant License required
Outpatient therapy experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Strong communication and patient interaction skills required
Ability to manage productivity expectations in a busy outpatient setting
