Position Duties/Responsibilities

Business Operations
Responsible for the day-to-day business operations as they relate to NCAA compliance recruiting expenses as well as general business operations support for the Ticket Office.


Administration

Responsible for oversight of the facilities and event operations staff.


Job Duties

The Associate Athletic Director will have sport oversight of Womens Volleyball and Softball.

Required/Preferred Qualifications

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully an individual must possess experience in athletics administration and business operations. General knowledge of NCAA and higher education compliance standards. Ability to lead operations manage staff and streamline processes. Strong analytical organizational and decision-making abilities. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across campus and external partners. Proficiency in utilizing Team works NCAA apps and Excel/data analysis tools.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required / Masters preferred
  • Prior experience working within a collegiate athletic department.
